Renovation and construction debris removal in Metro Vancouver

A bin on the street needs a permit, blocks parking and sits there for a week. We show up when the debris is ready, load it by hand and leave the site clear for the next trade.

Know the range before we come. Know the exact price before we lift.

priced by how much of the cube van you fill — simple and transparent

Every job is priced by volume: how much space your junk takes up in our 14-foot cube van. One full van holds roughly six pickup truck loads. The price you are quoted covers the labour, the loading and the dump and recycling fees — nothing is added afterwards. You point. We haul. You never need to lift a thing. Want to save 10%? Give us a hand loading. Prefer not to lift a thing? No problem — we've got it.

Who renovation and construction debris removal is best for

  • Homeowners mid-renovation
  • Contractors and trades between phases
  • Strata and property managers with common-area work
  • Anyone who cannot fit or permit a bin

This is job-site material rather than household goods. Mixed household junk from the same property can be added to the same load.

What is included

  • Heavy debris loaded by hand, no bin permit needed
  • Nails, offcuts and dust swept from the work area
  • Clean wood, metal and concrete separated for recycling
  • Scheduled around your trades, including early mornings
  • Repeat pickups through a longer renovation

What is not normally included

So there are no surprises, these fall outside this service:

  • Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos
  • Biohazard, medical or chemical waste
  • Vehicles, boats and anything requiring a tow
  • Structural demolition or anything needing a permit
  • Bulk soil, concrete or dirt beyond a few loads' weight limit

Optional add-ons

Any of these can be added when you request a quote or by message before your pickup.

  • Hot tub removal
  • Shed or playset dismantling
  • Deck or fence tear-out
  • Garage floor cleared right to the walls
  • Donation drop-off on your behalf
  • Appliance disconnection (unplug and cap only)
  • Storage locker clear-out
  • A second pair of hands for very heavy items (when scheduling allows)

How the service works

  1. Tell us the material and roughly how much there is
  2. We book around your trades, including early mornings
  3. Debris is loaded by hand, no driveway damage
  4. Nails, offcuts and dust are swept from the work area
  5. Clean wood, metal and concrete are separated for recycling

How long does it take

Debris loads are hand-loaded, so a half load of drywall takes longer than a half load of furniture. We plan for that in the arrival window.

How to prepare

  • Stack debris in one accessible area if the site allows
  • Keep clean wood and metal separate for recycling
  • Flag anything heavy such as tile, concrete or plaster
  • Confirm site access times and parking for the truck

No. We arrive, load by hand and leave, so no bin sits on the street.

In limited amounts. Heavy material hits weight limits before it hits volume limits, so send photos first.

Can you come back through the project?

Yes, repeat pickups are common and can be scheduled around your trades.
