What is not normally included
So there are no surprises, these fall outside this service:
- Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos
- Biohazard, medical or chemical waste
- Vehicles, boats and anything requiring a tow
- Structural demolition or anything needing a permit
- Bulk soil, concrete or dirt beyond a few loads' weight limit

Any of these can be added when you request a quote or by message before your pickup.
- Hot tub removal
- Shed or playset dismantling
- Deck or fence tear-out
- Garage floor cleared right to the walls
- Donation drop-off on your behalf

How long does it take
Single-item pickups are usually 15 to 30 minutes on site. Stairs, elevators and long carries add time, so tell us the floor when you book.
How to prepare
- Empty drawers and remove loose cushions
- Clear the route from the item to the door
- Unplug appliances and defrost freezers the night before
- Book the elevator if your building requires it

We take doors off hinges and, if it is the only way out, cuts the frame down on site.
