Each load size includes a weight allowance. Heavy materials — concrete, brick, tile, dirt, soil, gravel, roofing and plaster — are quoted by weight, because the dump charges us by the tonne.

Household junk removal
This is the bread and butter: the garage you cannot park in, the basement corner nobody has touched in years, the pile behind the door of the spare room. We arrive, agree the price, carry it all out and leave the space clear.
Furniture and appliance removal
One heavy thing in the wrong place. Couches that will not go down the stairwell, mattresses nobody will collect, a fridge that died last winter. Two of us come, lift it properly and take it to the right place.
Estate and full-property cleanouts
Emptying a whole home is rarely just a hauling job. We work room by room, keep back anything that looks personal or valuable, handle the donation runs and hand the property back swept and ready to list.
Renovation and construction debris removal
A bin on the street needs a permit, blocks parking and sits there for a week. We show up when the debris is ready, load it by hand and leave the site clear for the next trade.
Yard waste and outdoor removal
Everything the yard produced and the yard cannot swallow: branch piles, hedge trimmings, torn-out sod, old fence boards, a shed that is more moss than wood, the hot tub that has not been warm since 2019.
Office and commercial clear-outs
Offices, retail units, storerooms and strata common areas cleared without interrupting the working day. We come in after hours, follow the building's rules and leave the space ready for whatever is next.

- How is junk removal priced?
- By volume: how much of our 14-foot cube van your items fill. A single item is $99, a minimum load is $149 and a full van is $629, with labour and dump fees included.
- Do I have to carry anything out?
- No — we do the lifting and carrying from wherever the junk is sitting. Want to save 10%? Give us a hand loading. Prefer not to lift a thing? No problem — we've got it. For pieces that genuinely need two people, tell us when you book and we bring extra help.
- What can you not take?
- Hazardous material such as paint, solvents, fuel, propane and asbestos, plus biohazard waste and vehicles.
